A dangerous extremist group known as the Zizians, linked to multiple deaths across the country including a Border Patrol agent, has been uncovered. The group’s leader, a transgender computer programmer, was arrested in Maryland along with two accomplices, exposing a network of radical individuals with anarchist beliefs and violent tendencies.
Zizian Group’s Deadly Trail
The Zizians, a cult-like organization composed of young, intelligent computer scientists, have left a trail of destruction across several states. Their activities have resulted in numerous deaths, including a California landlord, a couple in Pennsylvania, and a Border Patrol agent in Vermont.
The group’s leader, Jack LaSota, a transgender woman who goes by the name “Ziz,” started a blog in 2016 discussing technology, gender identity, and human cognition. LaSota’s writings took a dark turn, with prosecutors describing her as “appear[ing] to be the leader of an extremist group known as Zizians.”
Arrests and Ongoing Investigation
On February 16, 2025, LaSota, Michelle Zajko, and Daniel Blank were arrested in Maryland. The arrests followed a report from a Frostburg resident about “suspicious” individuals on his property, leading to the discovery of firearms.
The judge cited LaSota as a flight risk and a danger to public safety, denying bail. LaSota is wanted in two states for missing court appearances, highlighting the group’s evasive nature and disregard for law and order.
Radical Beliefs and Violent Actions
The Zizians share interests in radical veganism, gender identity, and artificial intelligence. LaSota’s blog railed against perceived enemies and contained disturbing content, including statements that humans “often desire to kill each other.”
“Mom!” “Oh my God! Oh, God, God!” – These chilling cries, reported during one of the group’s alleged attacks, underscore the horrific nature of their crimes.
The Zizian case exposes the dangerous intersection of fringe ideologies, technology, and violence. It serves as a stark reminder of the ongoing threats to our nation’s security and the crucial role of law enforcement in protecting American lives and values.
